On the day of the service, I went out to my car got in it planned on running some errands and the whole entertainment system was screwed up so I did what any good guy would do. I spent about two hours googli planned on running some errands and the whole entertainment system was screwed up so I did what any good guy would do. I spent about two hours googling and disconnecting batteries in this in that and the other thing and nothing worked. So I was particularly frustrated at this point and I called the dealer. The lady that answered the phone seem to know what the problem was, as I’ve discovered this particular software upgrade is problematic. I guess would be an accurate term. Perhaps even a safety issue. But she was cool. She asked me when I could have it there and I told her in about an hour or so. I showed up she took my car. Waited maybe an hour or so and started feeling kind of ill and under the weather and I went asked her how long it would be and she said probably another 30 to 45 minutes, which was particularly frustrating for me at that point in time because I had an hour drive home and I was already feeling awful and had accomplished anything I had planned on accomplishing for the day. So I went over to the waiting area and may have started to fall asleep. I don’t know, but it couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes or so. She came out and told me my car was fixed and gave me a free car wash and sent me on my way so I thought she did a fantastic job dealing with me. I can be a real xxxxxxx. They got me taken care of. I have bought a number of vehicles from Hubler Acura in the past, however the Acura I drive now was purchased at another dealership. Big mistake. I was sold an RDX with a bad timing belt and a host of othe the past, however the Acura I drive now was purchased at another dealership. Big mistake. I was sold an RDX with a bad timing belt and a host of other issues. I took my RDX into Hubler Acura, and within 2 days my vehicle ran like new again. All my business will be with this dealership from now on. Hubler Acura would never sell a vehicle in the shape mine was in, but the service team knocked it out of the park and got me out quick considering all the work required. More
