Took my 2011 Camaro there due to check engine being on. Charged 350$, and light came right back on. Bought the car back to them, this time they kept my car for 2 weeks. No loaner car available each time. B Charged 350$, and light came right back on. Bought the car back to them, this time they kept my car for 2 weeks. No loaner car available each time. Between the rental cars and 2 trips to their service repair shop I spent over 4,000 dollar. Picked up last week 9/26/26 it’s 9/29/25 and my check engine light is back on. Thought taking my car to a Chevrolet shop would be the best option for quality service. Guess not. I’m Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated with my experience there. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. More

The service department isn’t customer service friendly I’ve had my brand new car exactly one month and the engine light came on so my husband took it back on Friday morning and they told him that he had t I’ve had my brand new car exactly one month and the engine light came on so my husband took it back on Friday morning and they told him that he had to make and appointment that they had 40 cars in front of him when nothing in the bays and where standing around laughing and talking with their arms crossed very rude so we made the appointment and when we were leaving they began laughing and talking so unprofessional so if my car isn’t fixed right after I take it back something will be done More
