Purchased a 2020 F-150 April 1. Sales staff was great and was satisfied with the purchase. Called the week after because I could not find the keyless entry wallet card and cannot us Sales staff was great and was satisfied with the purchase. Called the week after because I could not find the keyless entry wallet card and cannot use the keyless function without it. The sales rep said he could set up a scheduled time to have the code read by a tech. Said I would call next week to arrange a time. Since then I have called and left messages, but no call back. Received E-mail from Ruth Aguilar, Client Relations Manager for Koons Ford of Falls Church asking if I was satisfied. E-mailed her back and have left three messages at her “direct line if you need assistance.” No response. The dealership was great at the sale, but it appears I am being ghosted over this minor issue. This has been the absolute WORST car buying experience of my life. First they try to charge me more money after I've already paid for the car and driven off, and now TWO MONTHS later I still have not receive my life. First they try to charge me more money after I've already paid for the car and driven off, and now TWO MONTHS later I still have not received my license plates and I keep reaching out via email and have yet to get a response from anyone other than the lady who keeps harrassing me to give them 5 stars for their poor service. I have received so much conflicting information from every single person I have talked to this whole thing is ridiculous, and in the end it seems like I'll have to pay more money plus a penalty to get my own plates because it's been longer than 30 days with absolutely no help or solution from anyone at Koons. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Ford More

Come here for your regular maintenance service I took my car here for its first oil change. I bought my car from another dealership but they were completely booked. I called Koons to check availab I took my car here for its first oil change. I bought my car from another dealership but they were completely booked. I called Koons to check availability and they were nice enough to accommodate me the same afternoon. I went in and I was greeted nicely by someone. Unfortunately, his name is not on the Dealerrater system yet. But he directed me to the service department and I was helped by Tadarryl Smith.Very easy process. Got my info, I was taken to the waiting lounge. and 40mins later he came back and told me the car was done. I think 40mins in a busy dealership like this is reasonable to get you in and out considering the other dealership I called even told me all they have until the following week was "drop off your car" appointments. So for me, this was a big plus. One thing to note, I wanted Ford's "The Works" service done which includes, oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, etc. Ford's website says $39.95 or less but I walked out the door with a total of $46.62. I got charged for $5.05 for "Shop Supplies." My guess is maybe because my car calls for more than 5 quarts of motor oil, thus the extra charge. Not a big deal. Just FYI. Overall, I had a good experience going here at Koons. Nothing extraordinary, no special treatment. I got what I came and paid for and that was it. Professional staff. Shorter than average wait time. And no issues so far. I'll take that any day. I can recommend this dealership if you need routine maintenance done. That's all I can say because that's as much as my experience with them can provide. So glad my door is fixed! My driver side front door wouldn't open--had to crawl over to get out passenger side. All employees are honest and capable---shows good leadership Outstanding services at KOONs all the time. Question, when is FORD going to make a modern update of the Mercury Sable station wagon? The size of the Sable was perfect and Mercedes Benz copied the cars size and even the steering wheel. Mercedes is making their version of the Sable station wagon and doing well. More
