Not a big fan of service here. Why does my driver seat need to be moved ? I set them to my needs and this car doesn’t have memory seats. I also asked service based on what my salesman said at time of purchase to put on wheel locks. I purchased at parts dept here. When I called service they said it will cost me 65 dollars to put them on. That’s great to take advantage of a customer who purchased a new car and even his own wheel locks. I went to a different Toyota near me and they did it for free! Way to go prestige! More

Although I found the car I wanted, I was not pleased with: -extra $5,000 negotiated down to $4,000 as a premium for buying a hybrid (over list price); -insulting amount offered for the trade in of a P with: -extra $5,000 negotiated down to $4,000 as a premium for buying a hybrid (over list price); -insulting amount offered for the trade in of a Prestige maintained Venza; - almost $1,000 for payment of Prestige -limited knowledge about the electronics of the 2023 Venza. Albeit the above was frustrating, my salesperson, Chris was very attentive. More

Terrible. No owners manual hsd to buy one on line for $80 no second key, cost me $500 for a second key and coding. Was told car would be fully cleaned and shampoo to get rid of cigarette smoke, I paid another $ 300 to get that done and the car still stinks of cigarette smoke. All told I paid out $ 880 for things dealer should have taken care of. More
