What really made the experience exceptional, though, was Emilio Parrales, the delivery specialist. Emilio went above and beyond during the delivery process, taking the time to thoroughly explain every feature of the vehicle and making sure I felt completely comfortable before leaving the dealership. His patience, attention to detail, and enthusiasm were truly outstanding. He made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and enjoyable. We also had a negative experience with junior in the finance department Extremely unprofessional and condescending. This was our third car purchased at Lexus of Mt Kiscoo and November 2024 junior still finance department Extremely unprofessional and condescending. This was our third car purchased at Lexus of Mt Kiscoo and November 2024 junior still has a job and is still treating customers with no respect. We were totally appalled at his behavior and when I purchase my 4th Lexus it will not be at this dealership. My husband is hard of hearing and had no respect for an elderly customer with a disability. We were very happy with our sakes person and sales manager but dealing with junior ruined a perfectly good relationship and a purchase of a fourth car from this dealership . Junior also out and out lied to us about mikes on car. He said there was only a mile on car when there was actually 286 miles . We have called the the manager of mt kisco Lexus several times and we did not get the courtesy of a phone call back. I would think twice before purchasing a car from this dealership More
