This time we worked with Keith Robinett, and once again, he made the process and decision making easy, hassle free and as non-intrusive and stressful as this type of transaction can be. Melvin and Tairon also stepped up and represented the Hiley Group as true professionals, and as cordial as they could be. The experience with the sales team was exceptional. And then of course, comes the paperwork. To my delight, Reggie was the financial guru, having been promoted some time ago. His guidance and education of the process to my son Marcus was great, and put us both at ease, which is hard to do when it comes to me spending money. Took us three months to finally decide what brand, make, etc. we wanted, but when we returned we were very pleased with our experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us a very good price. And Tairon is fun to work with...kind of reminded me of Forest Whitaker. He has some unusual hobbies and talents...ask him when you go there! More
