I can't express my gratitude for the experience we had today. After a tumultuous and exhausting day of car shopping we wound up at Ron Tonkin Honda. We were immediately greeted with warm and friendly conversation by Guillermo that instantly put us at ease. We met with Rob who has already been informed about our stressful experience at the previous dealership we visited. He introduced us to Matt who totally matched our energy and guided us towards exactly what we were looking for. He took us out on a test drive and we got so much more information on the car we were interested in. He was friendly and easy to chat with making the interaction that much more enjoyable. When it was time to talk numbers, Tait talked us through everything like real human people and took the stress out of paper work entirely. I wish we would have started our day here from the get go but ending our day here completely turned our day around. Cannot speak highly enough about our experience and everyone who was a part of it.
