1st service visit to Brandon Honda. It was my first service with Brandon Honda. Taje was my service contact. Service....Above and beyond I've been in your service department for the last 3 weeks. My Jeep Wrangler had a brake pad problem and was corrected with Rachel's help and now very I've been in your service department for the last 3 weeks. My Jeep Wrangler had a brake pad problem and was corrected with Rachel's help and now very happy. I have 2 daughters one is going into her senior year in High School and the other will be in her second year at USF. Last week your service team did some needed maintenance on the 2003 Honda Element and yesterday the 2013 Jeep Patriot. Both are running great for the new school year. My wife's 2013 Pilot is at about 150K miles and running like new. Rachel quoted me yesterday on some up coming maintenance for my 2015 Jeep and when I get closer on the miles, I will be in for that service. Bob Hovorkan was my agent for years, and now it is Taje Blake. Taje is very knowledgable, honest and helpful with the process of caring for my vehicle. And I believe it was Jason who stayed late to finish up the tires balance and allignment for me. I drive up from the FL Keys every month or so to visit my son and his family here in Brandon. I am at Brandon Honda at least every 4-6 months for something. I appreciate your honesty and quality care of my Odyssey! And thanks for having Taje on your team! More

Got the job done This was my first time bringing my Honda CRV in for a oil change. I usually go to Kia but now I have a Honda, they did the oil change but forgot to do This was my first time bringing my Honda CRV in for a oil change. I usually go to Kia but now I have a Honda, they did the oil change but forgot to do the complimentary car wash so I had to ask them to do it which made me feel awkward, also Kia does a light vacuum which I really liked and I just assumed Honda did also but they don't. They were very professional and nice I just would have liked the car wash without having to ask and I would suggest the vacuum as I enjoyed the help of having that done with the wash and oil change. Great staff though and I would go back. More
