I made my appointment online and was seen right away. Taje was the guy managing all the work i needed and he explained each item I requested and what it was for. Knowledgeable service rep When i requested update for the shuttle, the person who checked in said our shuttle is already out you need to wait a till they return. Yeah! 9/20/19 Taje - friendly and nice and helpful - was my service person. Recall of recall of recall of inflator of airbag passenger side, I was told upon checking out I had many oil leaks. I need $2352 in repairs. I need to reseal engine, Numerous leaks. I reminded him of my visit 7 weeks ago and had NO LEAKS> He did not know why or how this changed to such a drastic situation. He called over Lake Super Hanani K. I repeated that no leak 7 weeks ago and now numerous leaks. ???? He had no idea why or how that could happen. I now need to reseal - replace all gaskets, rear main seal, oil pump, valve cover gaskets and o rings. Seems unlikely that I went from no leaks 7 weeks ago to this! FYI - best potato salad ever!! WOW!! More

I had battery issue on an Accord 2018 that needed a replacement after having jump started it few times b I was attended by the service rep Taje Blake.
