As a business owner I do not appreciate spending 7-1/2 hours in a dealership. I should have been told to come back on a date and time when all the paperwork was ready. I was told that the whole dealwould be done in 2-1/2 hours. I find it hard to believe that someone didnt know that I would be there all day. not only was I told just a little longer each time I iquired about how longit would take, I then had to miss a dinner with my wife who was not happy. I suppose this is my fault i should have just left. If i treated my customers this way I probably woudn't have any. This is no joke, I arrived a 10 am and left at 5:45. For what purpose did they need me to stay there. After all was said and done I had to leave with dealer plates because they could not get a hold of my insurance agent. More
