Pengo was honest regarding the current car market and able to help me get what I want with a reasonable cost. He is friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process. On the day of receiving the vehicle, he clearly explained all features of the car to me and made sure everything is okay. In the finance department, I worked with Tak who is nice and able to explain the math very well. There is no force selling on any items or service which I heard from some other dealership in the city.
