Due to my initial interaction with Overall, my experience at Hillside Toyota was a good one. I returned a leased car and decided to lease another one. Due to my initial interaction with my sales associate, Mike Davila, a few months ago; I decided to return to this dealership, to purchase a new lease, because of Mike’s personality, professionalism and knowledge about the products. Of course, I could have had my pick of which dealership to finally land on, and believe me, I did my due diligence and did the rounds. In the end, all things considered, I decided to purchase a new lease through Hillside Toyota instead. I found Mike to be professional, cool, calm, collected , funny and very personable. As much as this may sound corny, he was delightful to work with. That helped tremendously with my sales experience. In fact, I found many of the leadership at Hillside Toyota to be equally affable, which again makes purchasing a car at Hillside Toyota, worthwhile. Thank you all! More
