You have the worst service center I have ever been to. Lack of technicians and communication to the service coordinators is terrible. The fact that McSweeny can’t even run a diagnostic check in two weeks Lack of technicians and communication to the service coordinators is terrible. The fact that McSweeny can’t even run a diagnostic check in two weeks is bad service. I can’t imagine how hard a service coordinator’s job is when the service department and the technicians can’t do their job and they are dealing with people who are trusting work to be completed in a timely manner.
