Talin was THE BEST! He was so helpful and courteous. He went out of the way to answer questions for us about some issues. We are concerned with the lack of help in th He was so helpful and courteous. He went out of the way to answer questions for us about some issues. We are concerned with the lack of help in the past when we asked about the white paint issue on Hondas. Previously the only answer we got was, “I am not aware of any issues with white paint.” Talin was the one who was able to pull up a previous Honda issued recall on Hondas with the white Pearl paint. Unfortunately we are now beyond the recall date. Honda should be ashamed of all the Hondas with pant peeling out there! I have always been a Honda owner, as have allllll of our family. My next car will NOT be a Honda because how terribly they have dealt (or not dealt) with this issue. If they would make it right and repaint the roof of my car, I would consider remaining a loyal Honda owner. More
