After doing for months with an issue with my Lexus GX 550 and getting conflicting information from the corporate Lexus office it was nice to have Patrick from Herb Chambers Hingham call me and explain to me and getting conflicting information from the corporate Lexus office it was nice to have Patrick from Herb Chambers Hingham call me and explain to me exactly how the process works. That's all that one can ask for when dealing with any dealership or any service department. He was very upfront and professional and made me aware of the proper channels and how things are done whereas I was confused when speaking to Lexus directly. Thank you again to the service department there at Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham especially to Eric, Talisa and Patrick.
