Tomi, the Service Director, sets the tone. He is compassionate, caring, and always goes above and beyond to support his customers. No matter the situation, I know he’ll do everything in his power to make things right. I also want to recognize Michael Swartz and Asian Craven—two of the best service advisors I’ve ever worked with. They make me feel genuinely valued and cared for every time I visit, whether it’s for service or just stopping by the dealership. They always treat me like more than just a customer. At the end of the day, cars are man-made, and anything man-made can have flaws. What matters most is having people you can trust to get you through any challenge—and Tomi, Michael, and Asian are exactly those people. They consistently go above and beyond, and I can’t express enough how much their care and professionalism mean to me.
