Honda burned me for $18,000. 00. Went to buy a car and they leased it to me and I lost my $15,000.00 they gave me for my crv and gave them 3000.00. Who leases a car for $18 000.00 00. I enjoy the shopping experience. It’s been a while since the last time I bought a car. Sean and Tamar are very helpful during my car purchasing experience. It was easy to get my Honda even though I had to unfreeze my credit score viewing, pay 10K down, figure out the car to buy and smooth interaction with the team at Scott Robinson Honda. Finance interactions were clean and having bought two Honda's before I knew what to expect. We were able to make an appointment which was helpful since my parents were considering a car too but in their 80's so nice to have them not wait too long. More

SCOTT ROBINSON HONDA - WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! BUYER BEWARE Don’t trust Scott Robinson Honda,They sell LEMONS. Our Honda has been in their service department 6 times in less than a year for a serious accelerati Don’t trust Scott Robinson Honda,They sell LEMONS. Our Honda has been in their service department 6 times in less than a year for a serious acceleration problem. Their last attempt to fix the car, they put 1,100 miles on it, kept it for a month and told us it was the brake light bulb. Which is not the case because we are still expecting the same problem. THE VECHILE IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THE CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO FIX IT! They are incompetent and unprofessional. I climbed their chain of command and the General Sales Manager offered to buy it back for $15,000, when we paid $28,000 and we didn’t even have it that long. Got American Honda,, Involed, they agreed it was a lemon, offerered to buy it back, only to later refuse saying our American Certified Honda was not Pre-certified . We attempted many times to obtain a copy of the cert to no avail. They sent us a cease and desist letter from their attorney. We have attempted to get the certificate from Scott Robinson Attorney now for over six months now a he will not respond. As of now, we are stuck with a lemon they sold us. This vehicle is DANGEROUS and nearly killed us and other’s. They don’t care! Additionally they will lie, cheat and steal to sell a car. The most unprofessional and rudest staff ever! The owner is a crook, too and will never respond to any inquiries. SCOTT ROBINSON IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! More

Ripping off Customers Don’t trust these guys. Twice I’ve taken my new car here and twice they charged for a tire rotation they didn’t perform. When I confronted them and to Don’t trust these guys. Twice I’ve taken my new car here and twice they charged for a tire rotation they didn’t perform. When I confronted them and told them I marked the tire to check if they actually did the rotation, they refunded my money. I also have a video camera in my car and the mechanic turned off the camera. If there was a negative score, that’s what I would give them. I also don’t trust that they performed the oil and transmission change I paid for but I cannot prove this because they turned off my camera in the car. Bunch of crooks! More
