Leading a team of such amazing people and helping each one reach their full growth potential is the greatest part of my role as GM. We have a relationship with Luther Westside Volkswagen, one which leaves us feeling we are members of the family. We have purchased 3 vehicles from here and recently brought our daughters to purchase one t one which leaves us feeling we are members of the family. We have purchased 3 vehicles from here and recently brought our daughters to purchase one too. We could do this because we trust Helton, our sales associate, for every interaction. He is not driven by anything but a sincere desire to take care of his customers and offers a personal experience second to none. Tammy, the general manager, is like a trusted friend, not a stiff executive, she makes us feel heard, valued, and advocated for. Mike, the service manager, is so professional and knowledgeable, you wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else. I am typically not so effusive in my positive reviews; largely because many businesses I deal with cannot rise to the level of service, personalized care, and honesty Luther Westside has again and again. The best car buying experience I have ever had! They really go above and beyond for their customers! We worked with Helton and he was an absolute delight!
