Undercut Customers Purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 with 23K miles. Found out from Audi dealership, tires were that of over 50K miles car. Luther Westside VW wouldn't call back Purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 with 23K miles. Found out from Audi dealership, tires were that of over 50K miles car. Luther Westside VW wouldn't call back for 5 months, despite numerous attempts. Finally had to go out to Luther Westside VW and they still tried to tell me that the tires were original (that was an insult to my intelligence). To rectify situation, they only gave me about $180 towards 4 new tires (I will never have anyone do business with Luther Westside VW). More
