Customer Service still needs work. I stayed over three hours to get my brake oil flush and oil change and never once was I at least acknowledge about my vehicle. The rep who helped me just would walk by and say out loud “we are so busy” one rep said “I can’t wait to go home!” It was like they really didn’t care. More

It was needed 2 week to fix the AC. I drop my car Monday 8 am , the services took over 10 hrs to communicate that they need to order part and will be 3 to 4 days and they will call me. I drop my car Monday 8 am , the services took over 10 hrs to communicate that they need to order part and will be 3 to 4 days and they will call me. After almost 2 week they call me to bring back the rogue. I was there next day at 7:30 am. Happened again, after 10 hrs I find out they need another part and they will get it next day. Finally next day they finished. They never communicate and follow up the status, always I was the one called them. More

Jenkins Nissan and its employees have always treated me with the utmost respect. They get me in and out and take care of what I came in for. They also doing inspection and tell me anything that's upcoming with the utmost respect. They get me in and out and take care of what I came in for. I've been coming here since 2016 and I've never failed to come in when I needed my car service because they honor their warranties. If I could give it no stars I would. In particular the service department. The advisor Tammy has to be one of the most unprofessional, rude, and genuinely miserable human beings I've had In particular the service department. The advisor Tammy has to be one of the most unprofessional, rude, and genuinely miserable human beings I've had the honor to meet. Don't be fooled by her stature and her grandmother likeness she is a bad person. I've been in the industry for 15 years, I have been a service advisor and a service manager so I speak from some experience when I say her customer service skills are some of the worst I've seen in ages. My vehicle was there for a whole week 7 days not once was I called. When I finally reached out for an update I was met with 10 plus minute hold times and hot potato around for 30 minutes before speaking with Tammy her attitude was unnecessary. Upon arrival I was met with hostility and anger. Service manager attempted to talk to me buy he was already coached by the Tammy and was very dismissive. It is what it is I'll be in contact with the owner one of these days being apart of the industry you get to meet all kinds of people More

I have been told that at every appt. When Tammy helped me, she was absolutely wonderful. Inside waiting area has ripped chairs. I have gone to Lokey Nissan in Clearwater for years. I suggest looking at their facility. It is top notch. I also feel almost 3 hours is way too long for an oil change. More
