I went in for Service Maintenance on our 2023 Rava 4 and was so ver pleased and Robert, Tammy and others were outstanding helping me and talking to me what was being done and they worked me in an accommoda was so ver pleased and Robert, Tammy and others were outstanding helping me and talking to me what was being done and they worked me in an accommodated my free time as I am a caretaker of my husband who has Multiple Myeloma Bone Cancer and it’s hard for me to get away if I don’t have some one available to help with him. Always a great experience. I had a problem with the battery in my car. AAA came out and got the car started and said the battery was ok. It died again so I took it into Pat I had a problem with the battery in my car. AAA came out and got the car started and said the battery was ok. It died again so I took it into Pat Lobb Toyota. Tammy my service adviser had the car and electrical system throughly checked out by keeping it overnight since starting it in the morning was one of the problems I was having. They even furnished me with a loaner car. It proved to be the battery that was the problem. They take care of their customers and do a great job. More
