This is my 3rd Lexus - 1st from Metro last 2 from Akron. Absolutely loved my RX 330 - still in the family. My 2015 RX 350 did not love as much. Hoping my, new to me, 2019 RX350 will be a game changer! S Absolutely loved my RX 330 - still in the family. My 2015 RX 350 did not love as much. Hoping my, new to me, 2019 RX350 will be a game changer! Still missing the cup holder to the left if the steering wheel and a place for my purse. But with all the bells & whistles this one has, I think I can live without them ;) I will say that Tammy is by far, one of the best sales person I have ever encountered. Her attention to detail is second to none. She showed me things about this car I didn’t even know existed! I would not hesitate sending someone her way. Caleab in financing was amazing. What usually seems like a chore to sit through all of the paperwork - he made it enjoyable! There was a bit of a hiccup with the interest rate but Jim took care of it. Driving 70 miles from Norwalk, sitting in the trailer and the the revamped waiting room (no a/c) for over 4 hours - I still left with a smile on my face! I’ll be back for my oil change - looking forward to seeing the finished renovations! More
