She asked how she could help us and we told her what we were looking for. She showed us a few cars and explained the features of all the cars very thoroughly. We finally decided on a 2016 RX 350. She then went over the car and gave us the highlights of the car and asked us if we wanted to test drive it. We did and made our decision. She then sat down and worked up the numbers and were in agreement. She set everything up and we met with the financial person (wish I remembered his name but he was great also. very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable). Open and honest lines of communication and keeping the impeccably detailed vehicle indoors until I could get there almost a week later let me know that I had made the right decision to buy through Lexus of Canton. I drove 4 hours and was met with smiles and was taken to my vehicle where I was astonished of how well the vehicle actually looked and was immediately sold and didn't even need to drive it to know that this was a dealership that cared and a salesperson who was committed to more than just another sale.
