Heard a hose blow off our diesel truck in LA while traveling with our RV. Made an appointment with Bob Boyte 2 days in advance as we knew that we would be in the Biloxi area for 4 days. Told them wh traveling with our RV. Made an appointment with Bob Boyte 2 days in advance as we knew that we would be in the Biloxi area for 4 days. Told them when we made the appointment that we thought a hose had blown off and we only had 4 days in the area. Max confirmed that it would be no problem getting the truck fixed (it was still under warranty). After we dropped off the truck on Friday morning as planned, Max said they were way behind and would try to look at it and give us an update at the end of the day. At 5:30 Max called to say they would not look at it until sometime Monday (the day we were supposed to leave). We showed up Monday after lunch in an Uber and Max said they still hadn't looked at it. We had to reschedule the remainder of our trip and extend our stay at the campground. Finally on Tuesday morning, they looked at our truck and fixed it in 5 hours. Why couldn't they have done that on Friday as scheduled? Beware this dealership. They don't care about their customers. More

His service dept team is truly top of the line. Tammy Ray (Service Dept Advisor) is very informative throughout the vehicle service process. She works well with the service team and her customers. Well, I recently bought a 2025 Colorado. Love the truck. But when I brought it home ans was checking everything I ran into a few issues. One was some chiped paint. Rather than make a trip I had them order me a paint pen. Alls good there. Trip #1 So after looking around the passenger side weather molding was totally off And then I see a chip in the dash. Story goes on. I go back. Trip #2 They supposedly fix the weather stripping. I open the door and it’s not even glued in or attached.Trip #3 Then the dash. They are going to replace it but now Im dont trust them. This will be trip #4... What would you do? More
