Good experience I really like Tang help through all my processing of buying the car i had been wanting to get. I won’t recommend Jason from finance though since he al I really like Tang help through all my processing of buying the car i had been wanting to get. I won’t recommend Jason from finance though since he almost made me just walk out of the store. If Tang had not gone out of his way to help finish processing all my paper work and payment, I would have gone somewhere else. Really appreciated an honest and great service like Tang Hoang!! Would definitely get him again when I show friends around the area. More

We feel like discrimination and if I think that in those departments they should have kinder people especially that you are in a closing sale I went to buy not to ask for anything given away More

Great customer experience! I came in looking for a lightly use, i.e. 2018 model, Camry. Tan greeted us as soon as we drove onto the lot. While I don't usually care for being acc I came in looking for a lightly use, i.e. 2018 model, Camry. Tan greeted us as soon as we drove onto the lot. While I don't usually care for being accosted by sales people as soon as I walk into a place, Tan was courteous and friendly which made the interaction feel more welcoming than overwhelming. He asked what i was looking for, and I had a lot of questions. I was impressed by how well he knew his inventory and could direct me to the car I was looking for. I went inside and negotiated price with Tan's manager, Abi, but we couldn't reach a deal on that particular car because his all-in costs were too high on that vehicle. Before I could leave the dealership, Abi offered a reasonable price on a brand new Camry, which was surprisingly not too much higher than the used model with 40,000 miles for which I was negotiating. Tan and Abi worked hard for my business and I appreciate the time and effort they put in to meet my needs. More

TAN IS THE MAN!!! I came to Fremont Toyota and ran into Tan. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get the car I wanted within my price range. Recently bought a 2019 RAV4 Tan was really helpful. He gave me honest feed back about different vehicles which helped me decide which car to choose. I gave him description of what I need in a vehicle and he worked with me to find the right one. Once we selected a car, he then guided me throughout the process. Once we settled on the right price for the vehicle which I can afford then everything went smoothly. I also want to commend financial officer Hugo and I will apologize because I forgot his last name. He was patiently explaining all the financial side of the deal and about gap coverage. We ended up having fun conversation which helped made the process painless. I am haopy with the purchase I made and I will seriously recommend people to come to Fremont Toyota. More
