I went to Dick Edwards on Wednesday and initially started working with Eric who asked what I was looking for in a vehicle and he then showed me the beautiful 2016 75th anniversary edition jeep grand Cherokee, i test drove it and immediately fell in love. We started the paperwork and was approved for the loan on Thursday but needed to wait on my insurance company to send me the total loss letter which I received on Friday. The professionalism and friendliness of everyone at Dick Edwards Auto Plaza is nothing short of amazing. They made sure I was entirely happy with my purchase from beginning to end.
