Ball of Frustraition I went in for a used vehicle and right when I was about to go to the financing step the manager on sight decided to QUIT. This left everyone standing I went in for a used vehicle and right when I was about to go to the financing step the manager on sight decided to QUIT. This left everyone standing around with little to no direction. Eventually someone said they could help me continue the process, but in the end my loan for that vehicle was not approved. They did not offer me an alternative cheaper vehicle or really help me what so ever after that point. The receptionist was very kind and offered me a ride while on her way to lunch because she could see how disappointed I was with the service. I severely needed a vehicle, even if it was something quite used I would have been willing to purchase as long as it ran. The upper management don't seem to care about you at all unless you can afford something higher dollar. I ended up going to Jim Clark Auto right down the road. More
