Shanley called me very early in the morning and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle being serviced every step of the way. Had a couple of new things pop up during the service and we were able to updated on the progress of my vehicle being serviced every step of the way. Had a couple of new things pop up during the service and we were able to get that information and a plan together quickly. She let me know the vehicle was completed well before my noon timeframe. More

Every time I take it in for service and get Tyler, I know I’m good! He helped us out with a big issue when we first moved back here two years ago, and we will be forever grateful to him. When I pull into that service bay, and he happens to be the one available, I know I will be well-taken care of. I could go elsewhere for service and save some money, but sometimes it’s the people that make the difference. And that’s Tyler! I have complete faith in taking my car to Classic Honda because of him.
