Salesman was nice but his inexperience caused quite a few issues with regard to the price we were originally quoted. We were also given two keys, one belonged to the car, the other didn’t work because it bel issues with regard to the price we were originally quoted. We were also given two keys, one belonged to the car, the other didn’t work because it belonged to a different car. The dealership did not take accountability for the error, but instead offered excuses and kept us waiting a long time when we had to return the next day to pick up the correct key. The sales manager started out nice but when we were expressing our dissatisfaction with how long we were waiting, the manager demonstrated unprofessional behavior. We love the car, however, our experience at this dealership was not pleasant overall. More

All in all good. However office staff need to communicate to each other. Whomever readied car forgot to check glove box. Former owner ocuments found.
