Overall, we had a pretty good experience. Although one of the main things we needed was a vehicle with an existing warranty. We were assured by the salesman that the car we were looking at di Although one of the main things we needed was a vehicle with an existing warranty. We were assured by the salesman that the car we were looking at did still have some of the powertrain warranty intact, which is partially why we chose that vehicle. When we were signing paperwork with the finance dept after that, it was then disclosed to us that the powertrain warranty did not apply to the vehicle we chose so we had to purchase an additional warranty. Thankfully, it was not too much extra per month, but it was still disappointing that the salesman had incorrect information. At that point it was super late in the day and our hearts were set on that vehicle, so we went through with the sale, even though we were a little disappointed in the warranty issue. Overall, everybody we encountered was very kind and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed. Another thing that we really appreciated was there is a lady there that helps you shop around for the best deal on car insurance so we were able to lower our car insurance bill as well as get a car, so that definitely helped offset the extra payment. More
