I totaled my car the day before, and I needed a vehicle within my budget. I called in and set up an appointment with Tanner and got there at about 5pm. Tanner was ready for me and layed out a few options for me. I knew the price I wanted, and there was a Jeep Patriot that fit what I needed. Per my request, Tanner did explain a few other options for me, but ultimately I chose the Jeep. Tanner did not seem at all disappointed that I chose the most affordable option. I was in and out of there in less than 3 hours and now own the car I wanted. Great job McDonald! We will be back! More

I left feeling that they was honest and truthful. My purchase of an automobile for McDonald VW was not an easy one for either them or myself we went back and forth and could not come up with a common My purchase of an automobile for McDonald VW was not an easy one for either them or myself we went back and forth and could not come up with a common ground for the price. But the part I like is at no point did they ever pressure me they just made it clear that we're both still negotiating so let's not give up until we find some way to make this deal work it was a feeling of not badgering or hassling but more of let's find the ground and the way to make a deal work for us. It was actually reassuring when they told me we really want to sell the car tonight before you leave let's keep talking. I left feeling I got a very good deal on the car I purchased from them and they treated me good on the trade in you don't often feel like you are happy about spending a bunch of money with a dealership and I try to educate myself very much before I make a purchase. I was reassured in making my purchase that they were honest because they disclosed some of the same things that I had found and they would come forth with them before I ever mention them I should say at this point it was a used vehicle I purchased and I absolutely love it. I have went to three other VW dealerships in the Denver area prior to stopping here there was absolutely no comparison in the trade-in value they gave me or the way I was treated. I'm an out-of-state buyer and I come because the buyer's market for used vehicle in Denver is very good for the purchaser I traveled 1600 miles to get here I used to live here and I know that it's a buyer's market. McDonald Volkswagen has earned their shot at my business once again whenever it's time to make a purchase I will return to make that purchase, however this time I won't shop around I will go straight to them. The completely different way I was treated and the price difference was so extreme that it was clear the other dealers were not trying for my business as McDonald was. Every single person from the sales person to the sales manager to the finance manager and including the car detail specialist treated me great both pre and post sale. More

VW Tiguan 30K Service I scheduled the service for my car online which was very easy. The McDonald Service team confirmed the service and also followed up via text as a remi I scheduled the service for my car online which was very easy. The McDonald Service team confirmed the service and also followed up via text as a reminder. Upon arriving the Service team welcomed me and reviewed the service they were going to perform. They highlighted to me the waiting area where there were refreshments. I received a video of the various check points for the service give me confidence all 30K checks were being performed. It was unfortunate for him that I had chosen a Routan which was a vehicle that was less known of the vw brand, but he was keen to answer any questions I had.
