I still have issues with different electronic features, which Tanner patiently went over with me. I do consult the manual, but since it addresses different models, it is hard to follow, and sometimes it seems the instructions are not thorough enough.
I don't know what tech worked on my vehicle.
BTW, a 'Patrick' called me before this to ask if I was interested in trading my 2019 Forrester in on a newer model. (1) when he asked how I was, I told him he had woken me up [10 am but I am retired]. (2) I told him I had JUST made my last car loan payment! (3) If I wanted a new car, I would contact Justin Grant. I did NOT appreciate Patrick's call.
