I haven’t bought a car in nearly 20 years, and was dreading it. What a pleasant surprise! There was no hard sell. No rush. No pressure. Fred was thoroughly professional and helpful. And after buying my new Subaru Crosstrek, Tara Mullins took the time (lots of time) walking me through all the ins and outs of the technology. She made sure I knew every inch of that dashboard and helped me set up bluetooth, CarPlay, and other preferences. Overall, a really pleasurable experience and not at all what I was expecting.
