Although she is really quite the technical wizard, she explains every single feature in an easy to understand manner. Our sales representative, Glen Miller, was a pleasure to do business with. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about different models but especially the Legacy. I really wanted another seda do business with. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about different models but especially the Legacy. I really wanted another sedan. This was the perfect fit for me and my family. He encouraged us to take a test drive, which we did. Once I drove it, I knew this was it. Hard to find a “full size” sedan. Glen went over different options and explained each. He made us feel very relaxed and not nervous about this big purchase. He’s a great representative of your dealership Tara Mullins was great. Explained all the features in the car and all the new technology. I asked quit a few questions, since I’m coming from driving an 18 yr old car. My car had very little technology. She can read her customer very well. When she saw that I looked overwhelmed, she stopped for a bit. I asked more questions. I felt very comfortable by the time she was done explaining.
