I just finished purchasing a 2022 Crosstrek. This is the 4th new Subaru I have bought from World Subaru. My salesman J.R. was great with everything again. I always go to him for my new car needs This is the 4th new Subaru I have bought from World Subaru. My salesman J.R. was great with everything again. I always go to him for my new car needs. He helped me decide on model and specs I needed a few months ago when I ordered the vehicle. He didnt use a "hard sell" approach but did offer recommendations. He is always friendly and easy to work with. He responded to me quickly everytime I checked status of vehicle arrival and communicated very well in what information was needed prior to final puchase appointment. The final buying process took about 45mins-1hr total. During that time, I was lucky to have Tara spend time explaining the multimedia system and other dials and buttons and features in the car. Even though this process was late in the day, she was friendly and willing to answer any questions and not rush just to finish up. Although I have a 2019 Crosstrek and much of the two vehicles are the same, Tara still went through the details in the new vehicle. There were some slight differences so Im glad she did. The final paperwork process with Michael was painless. I was offered extended warranty options, but there was no pressure to accept at all. I ultimately declined the extra warranties because with my other Subaru's Ive never had an issue and needed it. Overall the process was quick, efficient and professional and the reason I will continue to buy from World Subaru in the future. More
