Listen up all of you out in car land. Esther and Alex drove into the dealership because we had a problem. Little did we know that when Tara asked us if we needed help?. With Tara sitting Esther and Alex drove into the dealership because we had a problem. Little did we know that when Tara asked us if we needed help?. With Tara sitting in our car the problem disappeared. That’s magic because Tara knows more about customer relations than I have learned in 90 years. Tara diagnosed the problem, corrected it by sending our car into service immediately. 30 minutes later and with a big smile gave us the keys and off we went.
