I started looking into getting a new car three months ago. Girsh was helpful from the very beginning. He followed up enough to keep me updated on pricing and new opportunities, but I never felt pressured into anything. Until now, I never went through the process of leasing a car so I was concerned that it would be difficult and tedious. This was not the case with Girsh. He was honest and very knowledgable. I shopped around a little and considered other vehicles, but when I was ready to finalize a lease, I went straight back to World Subaru. Their cars are beautiful and well-made, with top of the line safety features. They were able to offer me the best rate for my trade-in and monthly car payment. When I received the car, Tara was fantastic as she went through every detail and feature the car has to offer. She was friendly and very clear, and reassured me that I could come back for a refresher course (which I already think I need because this car has so many great features!) This dealership provided me with a very pleasant experience, peace of mind, and a car that I LOVE. THANK YOU!!!! More

Far exceeding a recent experience at a Lexus dealer (and they"re pretty good). Rich Riccitelli is a great salesman. He did a very fair deal, was straightforward and honest in his communications, delivered on everything he promised and really a pleasure to work with. I've already recommend a friend who wants to lease a Crosstrax to go to Rich. Tara Mullins walked me through all the safety and operating features of the Forester. She was awesome. She took her time. Didn't hesitate to explain complicated things twice. She communicated very clearly. She really knows the vehicle inside-out. She was friendly and cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. Plus I have to opportunity to go back for Tara to explain anything that didn't stick the first time. All in all World Subaru and these two individuals deserve a 5-star rating. More

Very Easy to Deal With I came to World Subaru with no expectations. I never purchased a Subaru before and live about 25 miles away from the dealership, so I didn't have any I came to World Subaru with no expectations. I never purchased a Subaru before and live about 25 miles away from the dealership, so I didn't have any experience with them. I have to say that they were a pleasure to deal with. Josh was the first person to greet us. He was very welcoming and personable. We ended up talking about Mustangs and Jeeps while also going through the process of purchasing the Subaru Ascent. He was able to help us out with our Subaru VIP membership discount and laid things out without sugarcoating things. After we came to a deal, Michael laid out all of our options for financing as well as any additional extended warranties we would want. After that was squared away, Tara stayed with us after the sales room closed to show us the vehicle and give us an overview of all the features. She was very helpful especially since this was our first Subaru. All in all, a great experience at World Subaru. I would definitely buy from them again, but with the quality of Subaru, I'm sure it will be quite some time before I need to. More
