3rd Car Purchased, 1st Used-Certified Pre-Owned As current owners of a 2014 Impreza Limited and 2014 Outback Limited purchased with Rich Riccitelli, he sold us our 3rd today, a 2017 certified pre-ow As current owners of a 2014 Impreza Limited and 2014 Outback Limited purchased with Rich Riccitelli, he sold us our 3rd today, a 2017 certified pre-owned 2017 Legacy Limited. Rich was patient, friendly and went the extra mile to satisfy this customer again. As part of the pre-sale, we sat down with the "tech team" to get familiar with the electronic controls PRIOR to committing to the sale. After the sale, Nicole Sciamarelli deep a "deep dive" on the great features that come with this car. She was polite, extremely knowledgeable and also patient with the 2 engineers and their techie son that grilled her with detailed questions. An overall pleasant experience, which is why we returned here to purchase our 3rd car. More

Excellent Customer Support I was pleasantly surprised to be treated so nicely when I picked up my new Impreza. Travis and Tara both went out of their way to help me get up and I was pleasantly surprised to be treated so nicely when I picked up my new Impreza. Travis and Tara both went out of their way to help me get up and running and begin to learn about all of the car's features. I love my new car! I am impressed with it's safety features.
