When we picked up our car, a delivery specialist guided us through the the options on our dashboard. Nicole Sciamarelli worked with me and was able to connect my very old i-phone to the car. Today, I returned to the dealership with a new Samsung Android phone and Tara Mullins, (the Customer Care Representative) was available to help me connect my new phone to my car. Her patience was amazing as I needed to go over directions more than once! She was clear and detailed in what options I now had available to me as I have a much better phone than when I purchased the car. World Subaru is making the entire experience of purchasing a car and understanding all of the new technologies that go with the car, a truly pleasant experience. More

He brought me a car that was exactly what I asked for and didn't pressure me into getting something I didn't want. After everything was said and done Toni sat with me in the car and went over every single feature the car has and showed me how to use everything and answered any questions I had. It was nice to have someone walk you through all the features the car offers. I had gone to another dealership 2 days before and the whole experience was a disaster. After going to World Subaru and working with Glen and Toni I felt like I was in dealership heaven! About a week and a half later when my plates were ready, I went to the dealership and Tara helped me right away and put my plates on and answered any questions I had. She also gave me a $25 gas card! Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was awesome! More

I came into look at vehicles on a weds night, let him him know what i wanted the next day, and when i came in he had all the paperwork ready for me and was in the dealership less than an hour and left with my 2018 Subaru Forester Black Edition. Kristen walked me through all the financials and final paperwork expertly and was very clear and concise on what i was signing. Tara Lee Mullins was great in showing me all the feature of my new vehicle and getting acclimated with what the car can do. It was an awesome experience, really next level service. Highly recommend!
