Sam went out of his way to ease my stress and was essential in helping me find the perfect car for me. Trust me folks this man ran all over making sure I got exactly what I wanted, all the while making sure I was comfortable while he was doing it. I lost two pounds just watching him. When all the paperwork was done Tara came out to teach me about all the new technology. I think she spent more than an hour showing me what each button, dial and flywheel did. Making sure that I understood each gadget before moving to the next one. Then I went back the next day with questions (mostly stuff she had told me that I had forgotten) and she probably spent another hour or more teaching me about my new car. Seriously this is probably the nicest car the bank and I have ever owned. Ok maybe not the bank, but definitely me. Thank you all for making this purchase a pleasure! More

I just started car shopping and was dreading it already; I never have a good experience with a dealership. Travis changed that experience for me. I never felt pressured, he was happy to answer all of my questions, and never rushed me to make a decision. I ended up with a great vehicle at a great price, with World even beating my credit union's interest rate. Tara was great at showing me the ins and outs of my new Subaru and made me confident that I made the right choice. Both Tara and Travis have changed my car buying experience.
