As soon as we arrived at the dealership David Perez came over to help us. David was extremely nice and very helpful, I am slightly disabled and when my husband wasn’t there David helped me so I wouldn’t fa over to help us. The paperwork took quite a while, but David brought over snacks and drinks to tide us over. When he found out we hadn’t eaten he offered to go get us something to eat. At the end of the night he even drove our car to our home in West Allis. He also was able to answer all of our questions and gave us answers to things he knew we would be asking down the road. We were very confident in our purchase and our ability to handle the technology before he would leave. The entire process of purchasing a car takes way too long, but I realize that this is not the fault of any one person at the dealership. Even the financing department did the best they could with all the paperwork they had. More
