I had a really good experience with Dick’s in buying my new truck. Coming off of a bankruptcy, I was not an easy customer. JJ and Josh worked hard to get me approved and find me exactly what I WANTED inste new truck. Coming off of a bankruptcy, I was not an easy customer. JJ and Josh worked hard to get me approved and find me exactly what I WANTED instead of forcing their inventory on me like the other places I went to. Overall professional staff and solid experience. Staff was very knowledgeable about the product, but completely missed what I needed in a vehicle. I made it clear from the beginning that u needed the model and weight of the Limited Researve to pull a completely missed what I needed in a vehicle. I made it clear from the beginning that u needed the model and weight of the Limited Researve to pull a 23’ Airstream, but was sold a vehicle without a tow package. I saw “tow equipment on the listing on line, but didn’t realize this was only one part of a tow package. Very disappointed and disappointed in any help to resolve the problem. More
