We purchased a used vehicle from Torrington Toyota earlier this year. When the vehicle was involved in an accident and needed to be replaced we decided to go new this time around. I recently had a 10K service on my leased RAV4, the service department associates were courteous, and efficient. I was told the experience would take about an hour, which was accurate, there was coffee service department associates were courteous, and efficient. They focused on trying to understand exactly what I wanted, needed and could afford, and they made it all happen with ease. There' was no sales pressure, no come-ons. Just a guy named Tee who's warm, whip-smart and sincere and guided me through the process like a pro and a pal. And a kind guy named David who patiently walked me through the financing and paperwork, checking every box and making sure I understood it all.
