Initially salesperson and sales manager appeared helpful, patient and transparent. But watch out! Once my wife started asking many questions about a used toyota highlander vehicle , particularly after havin patient and transparent. But watch out! Once my wife started asking many questions about a used toyota highlander vehicle , particularly after having it mechanically inspected independently and learning that the independent mechanic had found issues with the front diff, the real characters of the salesperson and manager came out! They became combative, rude and nasty to her, even telling her ‘well don’t buy the car but we are not fixing nothing- “we don’t see any problems with the car. All toyotas leak oil” And yes- salesperson that is still there as of March 2023, really said that and manager with the letter D, defended his lie and rudeness and he was just as rude. Buyer beware, especially if they feel you are a woman o your own. More
