So disappointed in this dealership. We bought a used vehicle from them last summer, and were very happy with the salesman. We were promised free oil changes and state inspections for the life of the vehicle (and have this on a document in the salesperson's handwriting!) which was part of the $1595.00 "accessories" fee they insisted we pay. The salesman also told us he'd fill up our tank 3 times when we came for oil changes. Yesterday we called to make our first oil change appointment and were told they no longer do the oil changes that were part of our deal. So we were lied to. If you purchase a vehicle from this dealership, which I can no longer recommend, make sure everything they say is spelled out clearly in writing in your contract. I'd get a lawyer, but it's not worth the hassle. More

Last service I had there to rotate my tires, one of the technicians lost my wheel lock key. Was told by the service department that his supervisor wouldn’t accept blame because it had been over 3 months technicians lost my wheel lock key. Was told by the service department that his supervisor wouldn’t accept blame because it had been over 3 months since I had my car in. Which aligned with my last service. This dealership is the only one who has serviced my car, tires included. I haven’t even had the car a year. Either way, I’ll be taking my car elsewhere for service moving forward. More
