I have been to rusty eck ford and eddys toyota and had HORRIBLE service. we walked into mel hambelton where we had purchased our first vehicle. we were greeted b to rusty eck ford and eddys toyota and had HORRIBLE service. we walked into mel hambelton where we had purchased our first vehicle. we were greeted by very friendly salesmen. we were shown cars that were within our price range and to our specifications. going through the process of working the numbers they didn't mess around with us, they came back with numbers that were within our asking range. they treated us with respect and without pressure. everyone was so wonderful in trying to give us the best payment possible as well as the comfort of being able to decide without having to make a split second decision. this is a wonderful dealership. i have worked with multiple sales men and finance people and never had a bad experience. we've purchased 2 vehicles from them and will likely purchase many more. i HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone! More

Tried to buy a 2013 escape, was lied to saying I was approved for the loan which i wasnt. The dealer refused to take the vehicle back. They havent returned any of my calls.
