Stay Away! I would never, ever recommend Fuccillo Nissan of Latham. Not only was the customer service abhorrent and frankly disrespectful, but I also have never I would never, ever recommend Fuccillo Nissan of Latham. Not only was the customer service abhorrent and frankly disrespectful, but I also have never encountered more careless and apathetic staff in any dealership I have purchased from in the past. They are constantly rude, condescending, and pompous. If you want good, friendly customer service, do NOT come here. More

No BS great sales team BUT service team under review My experience with the sales team was great. They got me in the right car for the right price. They were very up front about pricing and financing. Not at all pushy, Super job! I only have a slight issue with the service team. I noticed after 2 days of driving around that the sidewalls of my tires have about 5-7 little chunks missing. I will more than likely have to replace the tires less than a week from driving off the lot. If a 100+ point inspection was conducted this shouldve easlier been caught. I have a message in with service waiting for follow up. More
