I have been using Chatham Parkway Toyota for a few years and have never had the best experience. After multiple complaints about one service advisor being sexist I finally received a new one. The second one and have never had the best experience. After multiple complaints about one service advisor being sexist I finally received a new one. The second one allowed my car to sit finished for over an hour before I had to interrupt his personal conversation to tell him I thought it was done. However, this last time I got back in my (less than a year old) car and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The advisor let me know she would tell the service manager, but didn’t seem at all like she cared. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This does not reflect on the sales team, who I would absolutely work with again. More
