The service, oil change and tire rotation, were very q uick. I had a 9 am appointment and that helped to expedite the process. Howevwr, I had returned from a recent trip and the vehicle had need of a was uick. I had a 9 am appointment and that helped to expedite the process. Howevwr, I had returned from a recent trip and the vehicle had need of a wash and vacuum, Upon the arrival, I asked for the service and the attendant responded that I would receive the VIP treatment. When I received my vehicle, it was half washed and not vacuumed. I asked was it cleaned and was told yes. I was very disappointed! If that was the VIP treatment, from now on, I will refuse the courtesy wash because I have to get it redone by someone else. Just sadddd!!! More
