All I can say is my service experience was by far the best one I have ever had. My husband broke down in NWA while on a job and I contacted Ryan to let him know that my vehicle was being towed to his ser best one I have ever had. My husband broke down in NWA while on a job and I contacted Ryan to let him know that my vehicle was being towed to his service dept. When the tow truck arrived Ivory greeted my husband by name and took him to meet Ryan and Tayler. After giving them all of the information Ivory gave him a ride back to where he was staying. Ryan kept in touch with us throughout the entire repair which was finished the very next day. I honestly can not say enough good things about this service department. We have been to many dealers in our travels and never once felt as if we could trust in the service department our vehicle was being left with. I applaud the dealer for employing such amazing talent! More
